is a NYC based art/design/everything else practice led by Tadashi Adamson.
Tadashi utilizes the quotidian objects we live with to reawaken our internal childlike curiosity. His sculptures and furniture skew the function of utilitarian objects toward the generation of wonder, recontextualizing them as tools for play.
As a body, Tadashi’s work welcomes viewers into a universe that tiptoes beyond the edge of reality, where familiar possessions take on jovial, new forms - observing and confronting our every action or inaction. While each individual work holds a playfulness, experiencing them en masse sparks a sense of curiosity in the uncanny. Through this unorthodox approach to the otherwise mundane, Tadashi invites his audience into a world in and of itself.
